Operating Theatre Department has three Theatre Suites; each suite consists of

1. Awaiting room


2. Anaesthetic room,


3. Preparation Room,


4. Scrub Room, disposal room and a


5. Large Operating Theatre all fully equipped with state of the art facilities.


6. The Department also contains Bay Recovery Unit also furnished with the most up to date technologies, and a Reception Area.

A separate Out Patient Treatment Room for Minor Surgery procedures performed under local anaesthesia.
The theatre is scheduled according to Teams i.e Team A and Team B. We also offer operation 24/7 emergency operations.

OPERATING ACTIVITIES

• Mondays – Paediatric and Maxillofacial.


• Tuesdays – General Surgery and Neuro Surgery.


• Wednesdays – Obstetrics and Gynaecology Team A.


• Thursdays – Orthopaedic, Ear Nose and Throat.


• Fridays – Obstetrics and Gynaecology Team B.
